1. GENERAL RULES
   1.1. This privacy policy defines which personal data we collect and for what purposes we process it when you visit the website www.jeep.lv and use its services (hereinafter - the Policy).
   1.2. The Policy is applied when the Company receives Personal Data about the Data Subject's use of the Website and its features. It is intended to protect and defend the Data Subject's data against illegal use.
   1.3. In this Privacy Policy, capitalized terms have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires:
   1.3.1. Personal data – any information about a natural person whose identity has been determined or is known, or whose identity can be directly or indirectly determined using certain data (for example, name, surname, e-mail address, vehicle registration plate, etc.);
   1.3.2. Company – UAB “Autobrava”, legal entity code: 125481247, legal address: Žalgirio iela 112A, LT-09300, Vilnius, Lithuania, for which data is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities, which acts as a Data Controller data processor, which with the Internet The personal data collected with the help of the website www.jeep.lv is transferred to the Data Controllers.
   1.3.3. Website – the Company's website, which is available at www.jeep.lv;
   1.3.4. Data subject – a natural person from whom the Company obtains and processes personal data with the help of the Website;
   1.3.5. Data controller – SIA “Autobrava”, registration number 40103325594, legal address Biķernieku iela 145, Riga, LV-1021, SIA “TC MOTORS”, registration number 40003387085, legal address Krasta iela 40, Riga, LV-1003.
   1.3.6. Account – A website link on a specific website.
   1.3.7. Cookie – a small file that the Browser of the device used by the Data Subject receives from the Website and saves on the device. A cookie allows the Website to capture information about browsing habits, actions, searches and settings, so that the full functionality of the Website can be used, and subsequent visits to the Website would be easier and more useful.
   1.4.    2.4.3. other data about the use of the Website - data collected using cookies and similar technologies related to Internet browsing, etc. etc.
   2.5. Personal data of the data subject is used for the following purposes:
   2.5.1. For the provision and administration of the Services provided on the website;
   2.5.2. For submitting and viewing requests made on the website;
   2.5.3. to improve the quality of customer service and information by recording telephone conversations;
   2.5.4. for increasing representation and visibility in public space; communicating in social networks;
   2.5.5. for the implementation of direct marketing, upon receiving the Data Subject's consent.
   2.6. In all the above-mentioned cases, the Data Controllers process your Personal Data only to the extent that it is necessary to achieve certain clearly defined and legitimate purposes, taking into account the protection of the Data Subject's privacy.
   2.7. Data Controllers ensure that Personal Data will be processed accurately, fairly and lawfully, that they will be processed only for purposes that correspond to the purposes established before the collection of Personal Data, that Personal Data will be processed only in strict accordance with clear and transparent legal requirements personal data processing requirements.

If the complaint was resolved by signing an amicable settlement, personal data will be stored for 10 years.
   2.11. We also inform you that the recordings of telephone conversations with the employees of the customer service center are made to ensure the quality of services you need and to inform the Data Subjects. Before the recording of the conversation, the Data Subject is informed about the recording of the conversation and the purpose. Records of telephone conversations are stored for 6 months and can only be listened to if there is a suspicion of a violation of this Policy, the terms of product sales and/or service provision agreements concluded by Data Controllers and customers of Data Controllers, or the internal rules of Data Controllers, the quality of services provided by Data Controllers, an accident or in cases of conflicts (incidents) with customers or employees, in cases of loss, damage or destruction of material assets.
   2.12. Your Personal Data is stored for no longer than is provided for in this Policy, unless a longer period of such personal data storage is specified in legal acts.
   2.13. Your Personal Data is processed responsibly and securely. The Company and the Data Controllers, both when determining the means of personal data processing and during the data processing itself, implement appropriate technical and organizational data protection measures specified in legal acts, which are intended to protect the processed personal data against accidental and illegal destruction, damage, changes, loss, disclosure , as well as against any unlawful processing. Accordingly, the means are determined taking into account the risks arising in connection with the processing of Personal Data.
   2.14. Please note that when you go to the place of sale of products and/or services of Data Controllers and conclude purchase-sale contracts for products and/or services during the reserved time during registration on the Website, your Personal Data will be processed taking into account the terms of the concluded contracts.
3. TIEŠĀ MĀRKETINGA (JAUNUMU BIĻETENA) NOSACĪJUMI
   3.1. Ja piekrītat abonēt jaunumus, Jūsu e-pasta adrese un tālruņa numurs var tikt izmantots individualizētas informācijas par precēm, pakalpojumiem, atlaidēm, piedāvājumiem, konkursiem, pasākumiem, jaunumiem, aptaujām un citu jaunumu sūtīšanai pa e-pastu, pastu, tālruni, ar SMS, un šajos nolūkos sazināties ar Jums. Sniedzot individualizētus mārketinga piedāvājumus, Jūs varat būt pieskaitīts noteiktai Datu pārziņu klientu kategorijai atbilstoši Jūsu izrādītās intereses (Datu pārvaldītāju salonos, pa e-pastu, tālruni, pārlūkojot Datu pārziņu vietnes un citos veidos) par konkrētiem Datu pārziņu pakalpojumiem un/vai precēm un to iegādes vēsturi, dalības Datu pārziņu organizētajās aptaujās, konkursos un pasākumos, datiem un citām līdzīga rakstura pazīmēm. Šajos gadījumos vispārīga satura informācija tiks sūtīta tikai noteiktai Datu pārziņu klientu kategorijai.

   3.7. Datu (e-pasta adrese un tālruņa numurs) apstrādes termiņš, pamatojoties uz šīs Politikas 3.1. un/vai 3.2. punktu: 5 gadi, bet ne ilgāk kā ir spēkā Jūsu piekrišana.
   3.8. Varat atteikties no tiešā mārketinga paziņojumiem, kas tiek sūtīti, pamatojoties uz šīs Politikas 3.1. un/vai 3.2. punktu.

   5.1. Sabiedrības Konti ir saites noteiktās interneta vietnēs, kurās var būt publicēta tā pati informācija, kā Vietnē, jo Sabiedrība ir gan Vietnes, gan Kontu pārzinis. Kontu lietotājiem tiek piemērota tās interneta vietnes, kurā ir Sabiedrības Konts, Privātuma politika un tās vietnes noteikumi.
   5.2. Vietnē tiek sniegtas tālāk tekstā norādītās saites uz citām interneta vietnēm. Lai iepazītos, kā šajās interneta vietnēs tiek apstrādāti Jūsu personas dati, piedāvājam iepazīties ar šajās vietnēs publicēto privātuma politiku:

6. DATU SUBJEKTA TIESĪBAS
   6.1. Jums, kā Datu subjektam, ir šādas tiesības:
   6.1.1. lūgt ļaut iepazīties ar saviem persona datiem un saņemt to kopiju;
   6.1.2. lūgt labot neprecīzus vai nepilnīgus savus personas datus vai apstādināt ar tiem īstenojamās darbības;
   6.1.3. lūgt dzēst vai ierobežot liekos un nepareizi apstrādājamos personas datus;
   6.1.4. lūgt sistematizēt, parasti izmantojamā un datorizēti nolasāmā formātā pārnest Jums vai citam datu pārzinim, ja tehniski tas ir iespējams, ar Jums saistītos personas datus;
   6.1.5. tiesības jebkurā brīdī atsaukt savu piekrišanu, ja datu apstrāde tiek pamatota ar datu subjekta piekrišanu (saskaņā ar 6. p. 1. d. a) p.), neradot ietekmi uz datu apstrādes, kuras pamatā ir piekrišana, likumīgumu pirms piekrišanas atsaukšanas;
   6.1.6. nepiekrist, ka tiek apstrādāti Jūsu personas dati;
   6.1.7. iesniegt sūdzību Datu Valsts inspekcija.( https://www.dvi.gov.lv/lv/).
   6.2. Jūs kā datu subjekts savas tiesības varat iedzīvināt, iesniedzot rakstisku lūgumu personīgi vai ar pārstāvja starpniecību Datu pārziņiem, izmantojot Vietnē publicētos to kontaktus.
   6.3. Iesniedzot lūgumu, Jums kā datu subjektam, ir pienākums apstiprināt savu identitāti vienā no tālāk tekstā norādītajiem veidiem:
   6.3.1. ja sniedzat lūgumu Datu pārziņa darbiniekam, vienlaikus ir jāiesniedz spēkā esošs identitāti apliecinošs dokuments;
   6.3.2. ja sniedzat lūgumu pa pastu vai ar kurjeru, vienlaikus ir jāpievieno spēkā esošā identitāti apliecinošā dokumenta kopija, kas ir apliecināta tiesību aktu noteiktajā kārtībā;
   6.3.3. ja sniedzat lūgumu elektroniski, tas ir jāapstiprina ar elektroniskiem līdzekļiem, kas ļauj pienācīgi identificēt personu (piemēram, ar mobilo parakstu, kvalificētu elektronisko parakstu u. tml.).
7. BEIGU NOTEIKUMI
   7.1. Par visiem jautājumiem, kas ir saistīti ar Jūsu personas datu aizsardzību, varat sazināties ar Datu pārziņiem, izmantojot Vietnē publicētos to kontaktus.
   7.2. Šī Politika tiek pārskatīta un atjaunota ne retāk kā reizi gadā vai mainoties tiesību aktiem, kuri regulē personas datu apstrādi.
